Description
Ambika Bajra Atta is made from small round grains of Pearl Millet , also called bajra. India is the biggest producer of bajra. Bajra is high in protein and has a good amino acid balance. It is a good source of iron and thiamine. Bajra is a superb millet grain that has a very high proportion of energy sources, fortunately also lowers fat accumilation. The grains are dried and then processed into flour. When ground, the flour is greyish in colour and has a slightly nutty flavour.
